How to apply in 4 steps
The journey is the same on phone and computer, and each section is saved separately.
Verify your number and create your account
A code sent by SMS confirms the Tunisian mobile number is yours, then you choose a password.
Fill in your profile and vehicle
ID card, driving licence, taxi number, plate, make and model. Formats are checked as you type.
Add your documents
Photograph or upload each requested document (front and back when needed, with its expiry date).
Follow the review of your application
The team checks your information and may ask you to correct something. You are told the decision and can then open the driver app.
What you need to apply
Check these points before you start to save time.
- A valid Tunisian driving licence.
- Your national ID card (CIN, 8 digits).
- A vehicle that can be used as a taxi in Tunisia, with its taxi number and registration plate.
- A Tunisian mobile number (starting with 2, 4, 5 or 9) that receives SMS.
- An Android phone for the driver app.
Documents to prepare
The form shows the exact list of documents requested for your application. In general:
- Driving licence (front and back).
- National ID card.
- Vehicle registration certificate.
- Valid insurance certificate.
- Any other documents listed in the form for your case.
To get documents accepted first time
- Clear, well-framed photos without glare: all text must be legible.
- JPG, PNG or PDF, 10 MB maximum per file (photos are reduced automatically).
- Enter the expiry date of documents that have one: an expired document is refused.
Vehicle rules
We use one format for every application to avoid typing mistakes.
Taxi number
Format 01-01-00280 (governorate, series, number). Typed the way it appears on your licence, it is converted automatically.
Registration plate
Format 123 TU 4567. The TUN, TN or “تونس” variants are accepted and converted to TU.
Make and model
Pick them from the list. If your vehicle is not listed, choose “Other”: free text is checked by the team.
Year, fuel and colour
Enter the year, fuel type and colour to complete the vehicle record.
After you submit
Team review
Each application is checked by an operator. The time depends on the checks needed.
Corrections if needed
If something must be corrected, the team tells you with a message: you fix only what is requested, then send the application again.
Notifications
You are informed of the important steps of your application (SMS, email or notification depending on your case).
Decision and app
Once your application is accepted, open the driver app to see the next steps.

The driver app is available on Android. Install it now to follow your application; you can use it for ride requests once your application is accepted.
Your information stays protected
Your documents are only used to verify your application. They are only accessible to authorised operators, and you can correct your information as long as the application is not under review.
