Frequently asked questions
Is the dashboard paid?
No. The dashboard is included in all corporate accounts at no extra cost. You access it as soon as your account is activated.
How many managers can access?
Unlimited. You can designate as many managers as needed. For large enterprises with 50+ managers, automatic config via your AD/SAML directory.
Can I integrate the dashboard with my HR tool?
Yes via API (see API Integration page). Connectors available for SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Cegid Talents, plus Tunisian HRIS (FactorialHR, etc.).
What data is available?
Per ride: date/time, employee (with code), trip (origin/destination), duration, mileage, net/VAT/gross amount, cost centre, status (completed/cancelled), incidents. Export by date, employee, cost centre.
GDPR/data protection compliance?
Yes. Data hosted in Tunisia (Tunisian law 2004-63 on personal data protection), access limited to designated managers, access logged. GDPR-compliant for companies with EU activity.
