For coaches working at 2–3 clubs/day: dedicated vehicle + driver for 8h. 40% saving vs Uber/spot taxi per trip.
6am opening / 11pm closing
Opening staff (receptionist, cleaner, first coach) at 6am sharp. No public transport at this hour. Standard service.
Event capacity (competitions, opens)
For events (internal competitions, promotional opens): member shuttle, VIP guest transport, press. Coordination 50–200 people.
Decreasing chain pricing
For 5+ club chain: 25% decreasing rate from 3rd club included. Consolidated monthly invoice per chain.
Gyms: coach productivity loss
You are franchisee of a Tunis fitness chain with 3 clubs (Lac, La Marsa, Manouba). Your best coach works at all 3 in a day: 9am–11am Lac, 2pm–4pm La Marsa, 6pm–8pm Manouba. Spot taxi trips: TND 60–80/day, TND 1,200–1,600/month. Worse: 1.5h lost/day waiting/negotiating. A vehicle + dedicated driver pack at TND 1,200/month frees the coach for 1 additional session/day, +TND 600/month revenue.
